Janet will give an illustrated talk on her travels We are thrilled to be  hosting Janet Renouf-Miller as she makes her way round Scotland on a folding bike crocheting and knitting things seen on the way. The Annual Open Art Exhibition is always a popular event in the Festival calender. Artists compete for the honour of receiving the Penicuik Turner Prize for the best art work in show. Felting is a way of painting pictures with wool that produces some amazing effects to delight children and adults alike. Jenni is enthusiastic about this technique, using it herself to produce images and teaching it to both adults and children.
