CRAFT SHOP – information for vendors

The PCAA has been forced to move its activities online. As part of this we are very keen to set up a virtual art and craft shop. The shop has been set up and can be viewed by clicking HERE.

Now all we need is your art or craft creations to sell. There will be no need to “sit with the shop” and we hope that once we build up a good level of stock interest will grow. It is really up to the artists and crafters.

All vendors must be members of the PCAA. Membership is not expensive and has many other advantages. To find out how to become a member please click here.


PCAA will not take any fee to show the items on the site but will take 20% of the purchase price from all sales as commission.


We will only accept orders from the UK. It is the responsibility of the vendor to wrap and dispatch goods. You may want to take potential postage and commission into account when pricing your goods. Royal Mail site is easy to use


Registering as a vendor

Please complete the form below to register as a vendor. We ask for full contact details to ensure we can contact you with ease if necessary. We will not share contact details with any third party.

We ask for your bank details to ensure that you are paid promptly for any sales by bank transfer. If you prefer we can send you a cheque

Putting items up for sale.

Once you are registered as a vendor you can put as many or as few items up for sale as you like. Email Please head email “CRAFT SHOP GOODS FOR SALE”

Include high quality photographs of items for sale as a jpeg. Photograph quality is generally adequate if photographs are taken by smart phone camera provided the camera is no more than 6 years old.

Photographs should be labelled with your name and title of the article. The accompanying email should contain the following information about each item for sale:

Title of work

Size (and in thecase of painitngs and photographs whether framed &/or mounted)

Materials used to make

How many items the same are for sale. If you leave this item blank we will assume 1 item.

Price per item


All sales must be processed through the PCAA.

Once a purchase has been made PCAA will acknowledge receipt of the purchase and will send details of the purchase to the artist.

The artist must then wrap and send the goods. Postage should be free for the customer at this stage. See above about pricing goods in the shop

Once the goods have been dispatched the vendor must inform the PCAA. This will trigger your payment of cost of goods less 20% commission.


We will accept the return of damaged goods.

Goods that do not meet the purchaser’s expectation will be accepted if returned undamaged within 30days. Artist must then accept the goods and give a full refund. She should then inform the PCAA of the return and the reason for it by emailing . Please head email “CRAFT SHOP – RETURN OF GOODS”. The artist will then be refunded the commission that was retained by the PCAA.
